I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, beautifully decorated for the special occasion. The rooms were nicely appointed, and the bathroom was lovely. The service, although some staff were less friendly, was excellent overall, with the manager being particularly amazing and helpful with tour suggestions and luggage assistance. The location is unbeatable, right on the pierhead jetty at the V & A Waterfront in Cape Town, offering amazing views of the harbor and Table Mountain. The dining experience was fantastic, catering to all needs and preferences. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with lovely, clean, and comfortable rooms offering a stunning view of the harbor and Table Mountain. The service was exceptional with a glass of iced water upon arrival and a very helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of V&A Waterfront, overlooking the docks where seals play all day. The dining experience was top-notch, offering gourmet cheeses and friendly service. The only slight downside was the price for some additional facilities.
